Terms & Conditions

 

 

Reserving no.10 broadway

To reserve the apartment, we take a 25% deposit upon booking.  This can be paid safely and securely through the website using Paypal, debit or credit card.  Upon receiving your deposit, your booking will be confirmed in writing.  The full balance must then be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.  

A £100 cautionary deposit is required at the time of final payment (see below for information).

Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival are payable in full by Paypal, debit or credit card.

 

Arrivals & Departures

The apartment will be ready for you to check in at 3pm.  Upon receipt of your final balance, you will receive a welcome email with information regarding how to find the apartment and collect your keys etc.

We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 11am on your departure day.  

 

DOGS

Sadly, although we loooooooove dogs, we are a pooch free apartment.

 

SMOKING

No smoking anywhere in the apartment, hallway or immediately outside the entrance to the apartment please. 

 

children

You will find a travel cot and high chair in the store room of the apartment.  Please let us know if you will be needing to use these during your stay as we will happily have them ready for you to use upon your arrival.

Please note, we do not supply bedding for the travel cot for health and safety reasons.  Please feel free to bring your own bedding along for the little ones.

 

Cleaning

The apartment will be spick n span when you arrive. If we could please ask you to leave it as you find it, that would be very much appreciated.  

Bins: we will leave some spare bin liners under the kitchen sink.  If you do need to change the bin during your stay, there is a bin store in Russell Square: come out of the apartment, turn immediate right and walk along to the end of Russell square where you will find a wooden door.  In there you will find the bin store.

 

cautionary deposit

A £100 cautionary deposit will be taken against the debit or credit card and retained by the bank or credit card company and will only be received by the owner if necessary following your holiday. 

We understand accidents happen.  if you break any plates, glasses etc, don't worry, no charge will be made.  All we ask of you is to drop us a text on 0787 652 3540 or email us at hello@no10broadway.com just so we know to replace them for our next guests.  All other damages and losses will be charged in full.

If the property is left in a dirty or inappropriate manner this will result in an additional cleaning surcharge.

 

Maximum occupancy

The apartment comfortably sleeps two adults and one infant (travel cot provided / high chair).  

 

parking

You have your own garage virtually underneath the apartment.  When you arrive in Russell Square, you will see a row of garages.  one is clearly labelled No.10 which is your garage.  We would advise you to use the garage during your stay.  The car park immediately outside the apartment is for Budgens customers only and you may find you receive a fine if you leave your car there for any great length of time.

 

Personal Property

As well as cancellation insurance, guests are recommended to take out holiday insurance to cover loss or damage to personal effects. Vehicles, accessories and contents are left at their owners risk.

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage or any injury to persons not caused through the fault of our wrong doing.

 

Holiday Protection

To minimise the cost and inconvenience of cancelled bookings we would advise you to take out holiday insurance.

 

our right to cancel

We reserve the right to remove any person or persons from the apartment due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to the property or exceeding the stated occupancy. In this case refund will be at our discretion.

 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel for any reason we must be notified by email immediately. In the event of a cancellation every effort to re-let the apartment will be taken and you will be reimbursed (Minus the cancellation fee of £30). If we are unable to re-let, cancellation costs will be incurred as follows:

  • More than 6 weeks before booking commences your deposit will be forfeited
  • Less than 6 weeks you will be liable to pay the full cost of rental

 

Repairs to the property

Occasionally due to damage or wear and tear, an item of equipment may not be working. We will do our utmost to repair it as quickly as possible. Again, if you do notice anything that needs to be fixed, please do drop us a text on 0787 652 3540 or an email at hello@no10broadway.com.
